You know that chair with the broken seat and the ugly fabric? You don’t have to wait till you learn how to sew, buy a yard of fabric and figure out how to use the jigsaw you don’t own, to cut a new board for the bottom.
Refusing to learn a new skill but being open to using the skills you have in a new way is one method to get things done.
I don’t know how to reupholster, but I know how to hot glue.
Don’t focus on what you don’t know how to do, instead think about how you can use what you know for a different purpose.
