What beauty! The second plate would go to a dear friend who just 9 days ago lost her husband to a year’s battle with colon cancer. She turns 50 in less than a month and she is left to continue to raise their 2 boys who are in college and their 2 girls whom she home schools. This platter would be a beautiful base to a wonderful birthday surprise for someone who not only could use it but deserves some special tlc.
