Bird Watching:: Johns Journal

I still read blogs almost every day.  I absolutely love blogs and they are my go to source when I need a recipe or a laugh or encouragement.  One of the most exciting things about reading blogs is when you find a new one that you immediately love.  The other day I stumbled across johns journal.

Look at these fabulous DIY no sew roman shades Maria made {I featured them today at Window Mistreatments}  Stunning, no?

Look, she even put a big canvas in front of her tv–there’s a tv there over her fireplace!

Y’all, she made that zebra table with the nailhead trim.  Dying, I am.

And she also made this skirted table. You can see the rest of Maria’s home here.
I just love blogs.

  19. Nester, what wonderful inspiration! Love the skirted table! Hope you and your family are having a wonderful summer! It’s going by way too fast, isn’t it?
    Hugs!

    So inspiring! I honed in on that skirted table because I have an antique table like that and it just doesn’t match my style anymore. Where’s my glue gun?

  21. Lights says:

    Where did you get the table from in the dining room? Do you happen to know the price too? I love the lighting though in that room.
