Still looking through a lot of your older posts and finding a lot of gems! The "rental in foreclosure" caught my eye - we thought for sure this was happening to us recently, but thankfully it turned out the owner was having problems w/the mortgage company that bought his mortgage and changed some things up - he got things worked out and all is well. I was worried someone was going to show up on the doorstep any day and tell us we had 10 days to get our or some such - ugh! With 5 small children, I was pretty concerned! As it turns out, we were remotivated in our home buying search and are now under contract on a new home that will be built and ready, Lord willing, in April! Yay! I'm glad things worked out for you too!! Happy New Year!
