I forgot to ask you. Chad (with the help of some friends) has the kitchen almost ripped out. Ignore the table stacked with wood that I set up so I could see about where an island could go. So we’ll have a grill, microwave and an electric griddle. Along with a fridge. Washing stuff will be a pain so I want to make things that are easy to clean up. I’m sitting here getting ready to plan meals for three hungry, hockey playing boys next week and a husband and myself. Tell me, what’s your best advice for cooking when you don’t have a kitchen?
