I would love to get this book! Just the title alone fits me to a T, because I always want things to be perfect and work for DAYS just to have friends over for dinner. I need some help learning how to relax. We recently had the neighborhood Fourth of July party at our home and haven’t recovered yet! As far as food goes, I am known for my chocolate eclair dessert which is so simple to make it’s sinful. It just vanilla pudding, cool whip, and graham crackers topped with a chocolate sauce but it’s a big hit every time I make it. It looks just like a chocolate sheet cake and in spite of the fact that we had some beautiful desserts for the 4th, it went like hotcakes!
