Usually, for giveaway day, I let everyone know when it is and wait for people to contact me about being included. Well, I was the one who pursued The Old Post Road.
I recently stumbled onto her etsy shop and I died like 4 times, favorited half her items, emailed her and basically stalked her for a few weeks. And then I finally whittled down what piece I wanted and picked this lovely green hydrangea up there. It looks good in my house, no?

She just started painting last year and jokes that she thought selling art would be a great business to start during a recession. I’d eat pb&j all week to have one of these paintings.
